The headquarters symbolizes the important role and mission of the institution, and thus the design technology, form generation, structural design, and building’s material are aimed to manifest science, technology, and innovation. In light of this general approach, the main design concept is to create high quality architectural and urban environments with an innovative approach, including local, cultural, and geographical aspects.
